CanRelocate – Terms and Conditions

1. Pricing: All prices are in AUD. CanRelocate offers fixed‑price relocation packages, fixed‑price professional services (resume, cover letter, LinkedIn, interview coaching, job search guidance), and add‑on settlement services at $100 per hour.

2. Package:  Inclusions Each package includes the services listed on our website or proposal. Packages do not include unlimited hours. Additional services may be purchased as hourly add‑ons or fixed‑price professional services.

3. Add‑On Services:  Additional settlement support (administration, banking/SIM/MyGov guidance, Medicare assistance, utilities, community integration, and other tasks) is available at $100 per hour unless listed as a fixed‑price service.

4. Payment Terms: A 50% deposit is required to begin any service. A further 25% is due one week before arrival, and the final 25% is due after arrival and before remaining services are completed. Add‑ons are invoiced separately and payable upon completion.

5. Service Delivery CanRelocate will deliver all services with reasonable care, skill, and professionalism within the agreed scope.

6. Scope of Support We provide general relocation, settlement, and career support. We do not provide immigration or legal advice, nor do we represent clients in visa or legal matters. Clients must complete and sign all official forms themselves.

7. Changes to Terms CanRelocate may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

8. Acceptance of Terms By submitting a service request, booking form, or deposit payment, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
